Description:

• Installs and updates the Microsoft provided runtime dll's if not already installed on your system.
• Solves the 'Side by side error' message
• Note:You may need to re-install your products after running this utility.

Instructions:

1. Download the file below - save it to your computer, do not click 'Run';
2. Make a note of where the file will downloaded to (usually a 'Downloads' folder);
3. Once the download is complete, go to the Downloads folder and locate 'MSruntimes.exe';
4. Double-click the file and follow the prompts. Windows 7 or Vista users: If you encounter a problem, Run as administrator.
